International Energy Agency Wrong Iran's Military Has Nuclear Ballistic Missile, Israel+USA No Defense Home

The Bible clearly tells us Israel will be attacked from the north. What country is north of Israel? Babylon and Nineveh exactly where Iran and Iraq are today. Is Iran harmlessly celebrating 'death to Israel day' the International Energy Agency claims they are, and also claims they do not have the capability of making a nuclear missile.

We know for a fact Iran has a ballistic missile capable of reaching Israel the Shihad 3, all it needs is a nuclear warhead thrown on it and we know Israel has virtually no missile defense, in the 1991 Gulf War Israel's missile defense shot down no scud missiles zilch it was practically useless, much the same useless missile defense is protecting Israel today, the same one that could not even shoot down one Lebanese rocket in the latest uprising there. USA forces in the Gulf have much the same missile defense they sold to the Israeli's and are likely to be targets too, if they are in the way of Iran's goal of destroying Israel.

The International Energy Agency believes that Iran's nuclear research is peaceful, perhaps even for power generation. Why would one of the most oil rich nations in the middle east ever need to spend 100's of millions of dollars on nuclear power generation when all it has to do is drill a hole in the ground, and burn it - then it has abundant cheap electricity. It can build a power station directly above its oil wells with out even having to pay transport costs. Iran can barely trade internationally as it is, so this global warming issue is hardly one of their top concerns.

The only purpose of nuclear power generation for a country rich in oil reserves, is for those same reactors to be used to further refine Uranium into weapons grade Plutonium, so they can make a smaller more powerful nuclear warhead for their new ballistic missile which has the range to reach Israel. This is exactly what it says will happen in the Bible also, that Iran will come from the north and attack Israel.

This is also added to by the fact Satan is released from the Abyss for the specific purpose of deceiving again and gathering armies together for a final battle see Revelations 20:8, and Revelations 16:14,16. Then with all the elements being destroyed by fire with a roar, and the sky rolled up like a scroll, with the stars falling from the sky like figs, the sun darkened, the moon turned to blood red and the heavenly bodies being shaken, points strongly to nuclear devastation. This will all happen in Israel and the middle east. This nuclear war sounds like it will only be a local thing, just as in the days of Noah the flood did not destroy the whole world, or the whole world was not flooded, just a small area in the middle east.

Nuclear war will not be the end of the world, this is more likely to be the sign in the sky, just before the Lord returns. We know we will be raptured (Holy Spirit filled believers who have spoken in tongues), this is most likely to happen just after this regional nuclear war in the middle east. Unfortunately those without the Holy Spirit will most likely be left behind and not find salvation.

See below for just a few scriptures from the Bible concerning a nuclear war happening before the Lord returns.

From the bible...

Matthew 24:29
29"Immediately after the distress of those days
   " 'the sun will be darkened,
      and the moon will not give its light;
   the stars will fall from the sky,
      and the heavenly bodies will be shaken.'

Mark 13:24

24"But in those days, following that distress,
   " 'the sun will be darkened,
      and the moon will not give its light;

Luke 21:26-27
26Men will faint from terror, apprehensive of what is coming on the world, for the heavenly bodies will be shaken. 27At that time they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.

2 Peter 3:10-12
10But the day of the Lord will come like a thief. The heavens will disappear with a roar; the elements will be destroyed by fire, and the earth and everything in it will be laid bare. 11Since everything will be destroyed in this way, what kind of people ought you to be? You ought to live holy and godly lives 12as you look forward to the day of God and speed its coming.That day will bring about the destruction of the heavens by fire, and the elements will melt in the heat.

Isaiah 13:10
10 The stars of heaven and their constellations
       will not show their light.
       The rising sun will be darkened
       and the moon will not give its light.

Isaiah 34:4
4 All the stars of the heavens will be dissolved
       and the sky rolled up like a scroll;
       all the starry host will fall
       like withered leaves from the vine,
       like shriveled figs from the fig tree.

Joel 2:10
10 Before them the earth shakes,
       the sky trembles,
       the sun and moon are darkened,
       and the stars no longer shine.

Joel 3:2
2 I will gather all nations
       and bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat.
       There I will enter into judgment against them
       concerning my inheritance, my people Israel,
       for they scattered my people among the nations
       and divided up my land.

Zechariah 14:12
12 This is the plague with which the LORD will strike all the nations that fought against Jerusalem: Their flesh will rot while they are still standing on their feet, their eyes will rot in their sockets, and their tongues will rot in their mouths.

1 Thessalonians 5:1-3
1Now, brothers, about times and dates we do not need to write to you, 2for you know very well that the day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night. 3While people are saying, "Peace and safety," destruction will come on them suddenly, as labor pains on a pregnant woman, and they will not escape.

Revelations 16:14-16
14They are spirits of demons performing miraculous signs, and they go out to the kings of the whole world, to gather them for the battle on the great day of God Almighty. 15"Behold, I come like a thief! Blessed is he who stays awake and keeps his clothes with him, so that he may not go naked and be shamefully exposed." 16Then they gathered the kings together to the place that in Hebrew is called Armageddon.

Revelations 6:12-17
12I watched as he opened the sixth seal. There was a great earthquake. The sun turned black like sackcloth made of goat hair, the whole moon turned blood red, 13and the stars in the sky fell to earth, as late figs drop from a fig tree when shaken by a strong wind. 14The sky receded like a scroll, rolling up, and every mountain and island was removed from its place. 15Then the kings of the earth, the princes, the generals, the rich, the mighty, and every slave and every free man hid in caves and among the rocks of the mountains. 16They called to the mountains and the rocks, "Fall on us and hide us from the face of him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb! 17For the great day of their wrath has come, and who can stand?"

Revelations 20:3
3He threw him into the Abyss, and locked and sealed it over him, to keep him from deceiving the nations anymore until the thousand years were ended. After that, he must be set free for a short time.

Revelations 20:7-9
7When the thousand years are over, Satan will be released from his prison 8and will go out to deceive the nations in the four corners of the earth—Gog and Magog—to gather them for battle. In number they are like the sand on the seashore. 9They marched across the breadth of the earth and surrounded the camp of God's people, the city he loves. But fire came down from heaven and devoured them.

Isaiah 2:10
10 Go into the rocks,
       hide in the ground
       from dread of the LORD
       and the splendor of his majesty!

Isaiah 2:19

       and to holes in the ground
       from dread of the LORD
       and the splendor of his majesty,
       when he rises to shake the earth.

Isaiah 2:21
21 They will flee to caverns in the rocks
       and to the overhanging crags
       from dread of the LORD
       and the splendor of his majesty,
       when he rises to shake the earth.

Isaiah 13:6-13
6 Wail, for the day of the LORD is near;
       it will come like destruction from the Almighty.
[
a]

    7 Because of this, all hands will go limp,
       every man's heart will melt.

    8 Terror will seize them,
       pain and anguish will grip them;
       they will writhe like a woman in labor.
       They will look aghast at each other,
       their faces aflame.

    9 See, the day of the LORD is coming
       —a cruel day, with wrath and fierce anger—
       to make the land desolate
       and destroy the sinners within it.

    10 The stars of heaven and their constellations
       will not show their light.
       The rising sun will be darkened
       and the moon will not give its light.

    11 I will punish the world for its evil,
       the wicked for their sins.
       I will put an end to the arrogance of the haughty
       and will humble the pride of the ruthless.

    12 I will make man scarcer than pure gold,
       more rare than the gold of Ophir.

    13 Therefore I will make the heavens tremble;
       and the earth will shake from its place
       at the wrath of the LORD Almighty,
       in the day of his burning anger.

Isaiah 33:14
14 The sinners in Zion are terrified;
       trembling grips the godless:
       "Who of us can dwell with the consuming fire?
       Who of us can dwell with everlasting burning?"

Isaiah 34:1-4
1 Come near, you nations, and listen;
       pay attention, you peoples!
       Let the earth hear, and all that is in it,
       the world, and all that comes out of it!

    2 The LORD is angry with all nations;
       his wrath is upon all their armies.
       He will totally destroy
[
a] them,
       he will give them over to slaughter.

    3 Their slain will be thrown out,
       their dead bodies will send up a stench;
       the mountains will be soaked with their blood.

    4 All the stars of the heavens will be dissolved
       and the sky rolled up like a scroll;
       all the starry host will fall
       like withered leaves from the vine,
       like shriveled figs from the fig tree.

Isaiah 24:1

1 See, the LORD is going to lay waste the earth
       and devastate it;
       he will ruin its face
       and scatter its inhabitants-

Isaiah 24:3
3 The earth will be completely laid waste
       and totally plundered.
       The LORD has spoken this word.

Isaiah 24:5-6
5 The earth is defiled by its people;
       they have disobeyed the laws,
       violated the statutes
       and broken the everlasting covenant.

    6 Therefore a curse consumes the earth;
       its people must bear their guilt.
       Therefore earth's inhabitants are burned up,
       and very few are left.

Jeremiah 4:24-28

24 I looked at the mountains,
       and they were quaking;
       all the hills were swaying.

    25 I looked, and there were no people;
       every bird in the sky had flown away.

    26 I looked, and the fruitful land was a desert;
       all its towns lay in ruins
       before the LORD, before his fierce anger.

    27 This is what the LORD says:
       "The whole land will be ruined,
       though I will not destroy it completely.

    28 Therefore the earth will mourn
       and the heavens above grow dark,
       because I have spoken and will not relent,
       I have decided and will not turn back."

Jeremiah 25:32-33
32 This is what the LORD Almighty says:
       "Look! Disaster is spreading
       from nation to nation;
       a mighty storm is rising
       from the ends of the earth."

    33 At that time those slain by the LORD will be everywhere—from one end of the earth to the other. They will not be mourned or gathered up or buried, but will be like refuse lying on the ground.

Jeremiah 30:5-6
5 "This is what the LORD says:
       " 'Cries of fear are heard—
       terror, not peace.

    6 Ask and see:
       Can a man bear children?
       Then why do I see every strong man
       with his hands on his stomach like a woman in labor,
       every face turned deathly pale?

14 Israel has forgotten his Maker
       and built palaces;
       Judah has fortified many towns.
       But I will send fire upon their cities
       that will consume their fortresses."

Joel 1:17-20
17 The seeds are shriveled
       beneath the clods.
[
f]
       The storehouses are in ruins,
       the granaries have been broken down,
       for the grain has dried up.

    18 How the cattle moan!
       The herds mill about
       because they have no pasture;
       even the flocks of sheep are suffering.

    19 To you, O LORD, I call,
       for fire has devoured the open pastures
       and flames have burned up all the trees of the field.

    20 Even the wild animals pant for you;
       the streams of water have dried up
       and fire has devoured the open pastures.

Joel 2:2-3
2 a day of darkness and gloom,
       a day of clouds and blackness.
       Like dawn spreading across the mountains
       a large and mighty army comes,
       such as never was of old
       nor ever will be in ages to come.

    3 Before them fire devours,
       behind them a flame blazes.
       Before them the land is like the garden of Eden,
       behind them, a desert waste—
       nothing escapes them.

5 With a noise like that of chariots
       they leap over the mountaintops,
       like a crackling fire consuming stubble,
       like a mighty army drawn up for battle.

    6 At the sight of them, nations are in anguish;
       every face turns pale.

Joel 2:10-13
10 Before them the earth shakes,
       the sky trembles,
       the sun and moon are darkened,
       and the stars no longer shine.

    11 The LORD thunders
       at the head of his army;
       his forces are beyond number,
       and mighty are those who obey his command.
       The day of the LORD is great;
       it is dreadful.
       Who can endure it?

12 "Even now," declares the LORD,
       "return to me with all your heart,
       with fasting and weeping and mourning."

    13 Rend your heart
       and not your garments.
       Return to the LORD your God,
       for he is gracious and compassionate,
       slow to anger and abounding in love,
       and he relents from sending calamity.

Joel 2:30-32
30 I will show wonders in the heavens
       and on the earth,
       blood and fire and billows of smoke.

    31 The sun will be turned to darkness
       and the moon to blood
       before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD.

    32 And everyone who calls
       on the name of the LORD will be saved;
       for on Mount Zion and in Jerusalem
       there will be deliverance,
       as the LORD has said,
       among the survivors
       whom the LORD calls.

Joel 3:15-16
15 The sun and moon will be darkened,
       and the stars no longer shine.

    16 The LORD will roar from Zion
       and thunder from Jerusalem;
       the earth and the sky will tremble.
       But the LORD will be a refuge for his people,
       a stronghold for the people of Israel.

Amos 5:18-20
18 Woe to you who long
       for the day of the LORD!
       Why do you long for the day of the LORD
       That day will be darkness, not light.

    19 It will be as though a man fled from a lion
       only to meet a bear,
       as though he entered his house
       and rested his hand on the wall
       only to have a snake bite him.

20 Will not the day of the LORD be darkness, not light—
       pitch-dark, without a ray of brightness?

Amos 8:9
9 "In that day," declares the Sovereign LORD,
       "I will make the sun go down at noon
       and darken the earth in broad daylight.

       and the hills melt away.
       The earth trembles at his presence,

       Who can endure his fierce anger?
       His wrath is poured out like fire;
       the rocks are shattered before him.

Zephaniah 1:2-3
2 "I will sweep away everything
       from the face of the earth,"
       declares the LORD.

    3 "I will sweep away both men and animals;

       and the fish of the sea.
       The wicked will have only heaps of rubble
[
a]
       when I cut off man from the face of the earth,"
       declares the LORD.

Zephaniah 1:14-18
14 "The great day of the LORD is near—
       near and coming quickly.
       Listen! The cry on the day of the LORD will be bitter,
       the shouting of the warrior there.

    15 That day will be a day of wrath,
       a day of distress and anguish,
       a day of trouble and ruin,
       a day of darkness and gloom,
       a day of clouds and blackness,

    16 a day of trumpet and battle cry
       against the fortified cities
       and against the corner towers.

    17 I will bring distress on the people
       and they will walk like blind men,
       because they have sinned against the LORD.
       Their blood will be poured out like dust
       and their entrails like filth.

    18 Neither their silver nor their gold
       will be able to save them
       on the day of the LORD's wrath.
       In the fire of his jealousy
       the whole world will be consumed,
       for he will make a sudden end
       of all who live in the earth."

Zephaniah 2:2-4
2 before the appointed time arrives
       and that day sweeps on like chaff,
       before the fierce anger of the LORD comes upon you,
       before the day of the LORD's wrath comes upon you.

3 Seek the LORD, all you humble of the land,
       you who do what he commands.
       Seek righteousness, seek humility;
       perhaps you will be sheltered
       on the day of the LORD's anger.

    4 Gaza will be abandoned
       and Ashkelon left in ruins.
       At midday Ashdod will be emptied
       and Ekron uprooted.

Zephaniah 3:8
8 Therefore wait for me," declares the LORD,
       "for the day I will stand up to testify.
[
a]
       I have decided to assemble the nations,
       to gather the kingdoms
       and to pour out my wrath on them—
       all my fierce anger.
       The whole world will be consumed
       by the fire of my jealous anger.

Isaiah 66:24
24 "And they will go out and look upon the dead bodies of those who rebelled against me; their worm will not die, nor will their fire be quenched, and they will be loathsome to all mankind."

Malachi 4:1
1 "Surely the day is coming; it will burn like a furnace. All the arrogant and every evildoer will be stubble, and that day that is coming will set them on fire," says the LORD Almighty. "Not a root or a branch will be left to them.

Acts 2:19-21
19I will show wonders in the heaven above
      and signs on the earth below,
      blood and fire and billows of smoke.

20The sun will be turned to darkness
      and the moon to blood
      before the coming of the great and glorious day of the Lord.

21And everyone who calls
      on the name of the Lord will be saved.'
